The National Red Crescent Society and Yash Tebigatchi are holding a drawing contest
In honor of the World Water Resources Day, which is celebrated on March 22, the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan (NRCST) together with the public organization "Yash Tebigatchi" is holding a drawing contest.
Children and young people aged 7 to 22 are invited to participate in the creative competition. They need to draw drawings that will later be used in the design of a desktop calendar, a book bookmark, as well as the creation of a coloring book.
We accept both originals of works created with pencils or paints, and electronic copies scanned in high quality.
Drawings should call for a careful attitude to water and water resources, building an eco-friendly society.
Drawings are accepted until March 26. The reception is conducted by the coordinator of the project "Development of volunteerism in Turkmenistan" at the address: Ashgabat, 2022 Street (A. Navoi), bld. 116/1, as well as responsible employees of the NRCST for working with volunteers in the regions.
The works can also be sent to the e-mail address of the NRCST: crescent.vol@tgymj.gov.tm .
The works submitted for the competition will be evaluated according to their artistic performance and design, as well as the message they carry to society.
As a result, 12 drawings will be selected to be included in the calendar, 24 works will be included in the coloring book and 3 best drawings will be used to create the design of the bookmark. There are three winners in each of the three categories, whose names will be published on the official website of the NRCST.
The winners will have the opportunity to be volunteers at various events held by the society, to take part in training seminars. They will also be presented with reference literature.
