The President of Turkmenistan and Halk Maslakhaty Chairman congratulated the Chairman of the People's Republic of China
President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people, the Government and on his own behalf, congratulated the Chairman of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping on his re-election to the highest state post.
“Under your wise leadership, China has been developing dynamically in recent years, the people's living standards have been consistently rising, and the country is taking a constructive position in international affairs. I would like to note with satisfaction that at present, relations between Turkmenistan and the People's Republic of China are of a comprehensive strategic partnership, which was given a new impetus during my state visit to your country in January this year,” the message of the head of state reads.
Expressing readiness to continue to jointly make every effort to bring the Turkmen-Chinese cooperation to a higher level, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished President Xi Jinping sound health, happiness and prosperity, as well as great achievements in all his undertakings for the benefit of the friendly people of China.

We attach great importance to the further development of relations between Turkmenistan and the PRC, which are based on the principles of equality, mutual respect and trust,” the letter of the Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan reads.
Expressing confidence that under the far-sighted leadership of the Chairman of the PRC, the country will reach new heights in its development, and Turkmen-Chinese cooperation will be further strengthened for the benefit of the peoples of the two countries, National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov wished Xi Jinping sound health, happiness and new achievements in his responsible state activities, as well as peace, well-being and prosperity to the friendly people of China.
