Esteemed President chaired the working meeting by means of digital video conferencing.
Opening the meeting, the esteemed President first considered issues related to the ongoing seasonal agricultural work in the country. In this regard, the distinguished President gave the floor to the Hyakims of Velayats reported on the progress of agricultural work in the fields of the region.
Then, continuing the working meeting held by means of digital video conferencing, the Esteemed President listened to the reports of velayat khyakims on the state of the construction works of residential buildings, hospitals, health houses and centers, pre-school institutions, general education institutions, cultural centers, water pipes, water purifiers, structures, vertical wells, sewers, sewage treatment facilities, highways, gas pipelines, communication systems, and electric transmissions which are planned to be built in accordance with the national rural program.
Then Cabinet Deputy Chairman Yazmyradov reported on the progress of agricultural work in the velayats of the country. As mentioned, planting of spring potatoes and onions is in full swing and measures are being taken to complete the planting of these crops on time. Also, the Vice-Premier reported that appropriate activities are being carried out to water the wheat fields and to improve the water supply.
Listening to the report, the Esteemed President pointed out that the most important season for agriculture is approaching and noted that it is an important requirement to carry out the agricultural work, in particular, the maintenance of wheat fields in accordance with the rules of agrotechnics. At the same time, the Turkmen leader instructed the vice-premier to prepare the cotton planting areas for the season and control the agro-technical time of planting vegetable crops. The Turkmen leader addressed to the vice-premier in charge of the agro-industrial complex and the khyakims of the velayats, to prepare the seedlings of shady, fruit orchards and grapes to be planted in the spring planting season in the country, as well as the areas where they will be planted, to prepare the areas where cotton will be planted for this year's crop and gave relevant instructions regarding the maintenance of the wheat fields and the control of the planting of spring crops.
