06.03.2023 The President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree
The staff of central administration of «Türkmenhimiýa» State concern was approved In order to further improve the activities of "Türkmenhimiýa" State Concern in the Revival of the new epoch of powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree approving the structure of the central administration of "Türkmenhimiýa" State Concern.
The document also instructs "Türkmenhimiýa" State Concern, together with the Ministry of Adalat, to prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers proposals on introducing amendments and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan arising from this Decree within a month.
The President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree In order to successfully solve the targets outlined in the Program "Revival of the new epoch of powerful state: the National program for socio-economic development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052", socio-economically develop the regions, further improve the living standards of the population, as well as further increase the beauty of the architectural and urban planning outlook of Arkadag city of Akhal velayat, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree, allowing the relevant customer-institutions, enterprises and organizations to conclude additional agreements on the commissioning of facilities with full readiness for operation, built on the basis of contracts concluded in accordance with the relevant resolutions of the President of Turkmenistan for design and construction of objects with landscaping of the adjacent territory in the new administrative center of the Akhal velayat.
According to the document, the State Committee for the Construction of the Akhal Velayat Center, specialized institutions, enterprises and the Akhal Velayat Khyakimlik were ordered to ensure the completion of the construction of relevant facilities in Arkadag city of Akhal Velayat within the stipulated deadline.
The document also instructs the State Committee for the Construction of the Center of Akhal Velayat to control the erection of the abovementioned facilities.
