Japanese Paralympian created a company to find work for people with disabilities

Japanese parathekwondo fighter Kenta Awatari founded a company that is engaged in job search for people with disabilities.
The goal of Parallel Technologies is to create a society in which all people, regardless of whether they have a disability or not, can work on equal terms, demonstrating their social significance.
To date, the company has employed 15 people in the market. By 2025, there are plans to become a leader in the Land of the Rising Sun, where everyone can work as equals.
Awatari held his first international parathekwondo tournament — the World Championship — in 2017, where he reached the quarterfinals. He is also an Asian champion.
