Letter addressed to the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan
Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, the Chairman of Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, received a letter from Rustam Minnihanov, the leader of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation, the head of the "Russia-Islamic World" Strategic Perspective Group. It says:
Please accept my sincere congratulations for the cordial reception and hospitality shown in Ashgabat during the visit of the delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan to Turkmenistan, as well as for your support for the development of mutually beneficial cooperation. I firmly believe that the agreements reached will contribute to the strengthening of Russian-Turkmen relations.
I would be happy to see a high-level Turkmen delegation at the "Russia-Islamic World: Kazan Forum" International Economic Forum, which will be held in the Republic of Tatarstan on May 18-19, 2023. Taking this opportunity, I wish you new success in your state work, and happiness and prosperity to the people of Turkmenistan.
