Bikers in case of an accident will be protected by jeans with a built-in airbag

The world's first pants with built-in airbags that trigger during an accident were developed in Sweden for motorcyclists, fans of fast driving and extreme sports. They are designed to protect the lower part of the biker's body, including the hips and tailbone, writes the local tabloid Espressen.
Biker trousers were sewn from a special fabric that feels like denim. In addition, the material has water-repellent properties and is resistant to abrasion. And the technology of airbags protecting the spine itself is a revolutionary invention, since such an injury is usually the most dangerous for motorcyclists, the authors of the device note.
Protective pants are triggered when the trigger is connected to a motorcycle - the mechanism is a cable connecting jeans with a bike. In case of an accident, a puncture is created in the cartridges, which instantly inflates the airbags.
After the technology has worked, the jeans can be used a second time by pumping them again with compressed air, according to the engineers of the manufacturer.
