New Toyota Corolla cars replenished Ahal taxi fleet
On March 1, 50 new Toyota Corolla cars will hit the roads of the Akhal region to serve residents and guests of the region. Japanese cars replenished the taxi fleet of the “Akhalavtoulag” production association, which is part of the structure of the “Turkmenavtoulaglary” Agency. A few years ago, Turkmen taxi drivers “transferred” to compact Toyota Corolla cars, which proved themselves in the local market as cost-effective and comfortable vehicles. This brand first appeared in Japan in 1966, and by 1997 it had become one of the best-selling cars in the history of the concern.
Since March 2018, Turkmenavtoulaglary taxi companies have been operating the twelfth generation of Toyota Corolla cars in Turkmenistan.
