Russian athletes can take part in the Asian Jiu-Jitsu Championships

Joachim Tumfart, Director General of the International Jiu-Jitsu Federation, did not rule out the possibility of Russian athletes participating in the Asian Jiu-Jitsu Championships in the future.
"Russia is extremely strong in our sport. They have always been in the top three winners at the World Championships," he said, stressing that this will increase the overall sporting quality of the Asian championship.
Earlier, the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) proposed the participation of Russia and Belarus in the Asian Games.
It should be noted that the Russian Chess Federation has received permission from the Council of the International Chess Federation (FIDE) to move from the European Chess Union to the Asian Chess Federation (ACF). The transition process may be completed at the ACF Continental Assembly. The decision on the transition will be made by the delegates of the Asian Federation summit on February 28.
