Streaming service Netflix has lowered subscription prices in some countries in order to maintain the growth in the number of subscribers, which began to decrease due to strong competition with other streaming services, Reuters reports.
The decline in prices occurred in the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Asia. In some countries, the subscription price has been halved.
Due to competition with companies such as Paramount and Disney, the company's shares fell by almost 5%. This is the strongest drop in the last two months.
