The visit of the President of Turkmenistan to Bahrain began

Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov left Ashgabat International Airport on Tuesday for an official visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Upon arrival in the city of Muharraq, international airport of which was decorated with the State flags of the two countries, the head of Turkmenistan was greeted by Vice Prime Minister Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Khalifa and other officials.

On Wednesday, February 22, the official meeting ceremony between President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and King of Bahrain Sheikh Hamad Bin Isa Al-Khalifa will take place.

The upcoming high-level talks should give impetus to bilateral cooperation, lay a qualitatively new level of cooperation and open up relevant opportunities.
