High Internet speed at a reduced price: from March 1, the ACTN introduces new tariffs in Turkmenistan

From March 1, 2023, the provider of the Ashgabat City Telephone Network will increase the Internet speed and reduce the cost of tariffs. The minimum speed of the home Internet will now be 1 mbit/s, and the maximum - 6 mbit/s, according to the ACTN website.
The new tariffs now look like this:
1 mbit/s — 150 manat;
2 mbit/s — 180 manat;
4 mbit/s — 230 manat;
6 mbit/s — 280 manat;
ACTN explained that subscribers who previously used the Internet at a speed of 150 kbit/s with a monthly subscription fee of 150 manat, without changing the cost of the tariff (150 manat) will be automatically transferred to a speed of 1 mbit/s.
Users of tariffs with a speed of 2 mbit/s with a monthly subscription fee of 200 manat will automatically be transferred to a tariff plan with a monthly fee of 180 manat.
If the subscriber has already paid 200 manat at the early tariff for March and has used the deposit system and made an advance payment for the following months, the billing system automatically transfers the subscriber's balance to the tariff of 180 manat, and the remaining amount is credited to the advance deposit.
