On February 21st, the Estreemed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov left for the Kingdom of Bahrain on an official visit.
The President of Turkmenistan arrived at Ashgabat International Airport to start his official visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The EP will open a new important page in the history of intergovernmental relations, based on the relations of friendship and spiritual closeness connecting the peoples of these two countries, and aimed at developing large-scale cooperation for the benefit of the common welfare. Officials of the country escorted the Turkmen leader from the airport.
After some time, the President's plane landed at the Muharraq International Airport of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Officials of the Kingdom of Bahrain warmly welcomed the Turkmen leader at the airport.
It should be noted that this visit of the President is his first visit to a friendly country. This is of particular importance for the further strengthening and development of bilateral cooperation relations, which have been brought to a qualitatively new level.
This visit will become the next step in the implementation of the policy of independent neutral Turkmenistan aimed at developing effective relations with all countries of the world, including Arab countries.
