Ambassadors of foreign countries received accreditation in Turkmenistan


Today, on behalf of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the Chairman of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan Gulshat Mammedova received credentials from the newly appointed extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassadors of a number of foreign states: the Kingdom of Sweden - Thomas Danestad, the Kingdom of the Netherlands – Andre Karstens and Mongolia – Dorzhiin Bayarhuu.
On behalf of the Head of Turkmenistan, the head of the National Parliament congratulated each of the diplomats on their appointment to a responsible position and wished success in strengthening friendly ties and interstate dialogue, successfully developed both on a bilateral and multilateral basis, as well as within international organizations and structures.
The diplomats, noting the interest of their countries in intensifying cooperation with Turkmenistan in a wide range of areas, assured of their readiness to contribute to the full deepening of traditionally friendly bilateral relations and the diversification of multifaceted productive cooperation.
At the end of the meeting, the foreign ambassadors conveyed warm greetings and best wishes from the leadership of their states to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the entire Turkmen people.
