The draft Concept of the organization and holding of the Forum of CIS Regions was considered in Moscow
The draft Concept of the organization and holding of the CIS Regions Forum was considered at the next meeting of the Commission on Economic Issues, which took place in Moscow. This is reported by the press service of the CIS Executive Committee.
The document was prepared by the Council for Interregional and Cross–Border Cooperation of the CIS member States together with the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth. It defines the main goals, objectives and principles of the organization of the forum, its organizational structure and financing.
The event is designed to promote the strengthening and development of comprehensive cooperation between the regions concerned, the creation of a new system of interregional and cross-border relations, combining the economic potential of the CIS member states.
