President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree appointing Toyguly Nurov as the new Minister of Industry and Construction Production, TDH reports.

Being a native of the Baharden district of the Ahal region, he held positions in the industrial sector for many years, in particular, he headed the cement plants "Kelete"and " Baharden". Since October 2021, he headed the Construction Materials Department of the Ministry of Industry.

Previously, Baymyrat Annamammedov held the post of Minister of Industry and Construction Production. Last Friday, he was appointed the Deputy Prime Minister of the Turkmen government.
