Russian scientific organizations will now be able to accept foreign students to study

Scientific organizations in Russia are now entitled to teach foreign students according to the specialty program. This follows from the law signed by President Vladimir Putin, the legal information portal consultant.ru reports. Previously, only universities were granted this right.

The list of scientific organizations, the procedure for admission and exclusion from it will be approved by the Government of the country. Scientific organizations include research institutes, design, design and technological organizations at universities, local governments and industrial enterprises.
