The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, received a congratulation letter from Chairman of the National Majlis of the Republic of Tajikistan Rustami Emomali.
The letter reads: I sincerely congratulate you on your appointment as the Chairman of Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan and on your legal recognition as the National Leader of the Turkmen people!
