The Academy of Youth Leadership of Central Asia is waiting for new participants

The acceptance of applications to Central Asia Young Leaders Academy (CAYLA) has begun.
CAYLA is part of the five-year Program "Social Innovation in Central Asia", which is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by the Eurasia Foundation.
It provides young leaders from Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan aged 18 to 30 with a platform for interaction, networking with like-minded people, as well as improving knowledge and practical skills.
The selection takes place on a competitive basis, in which preference will be given to motivated candidates with leadership potential and volunteer experience.
The selected 120 people will have the opportunity to take part in interactive educational sessions on project management, effective communications, as well as critical thinking skills, public speaking, and master the basics of fundraising. They will also meet with international experts to exchange experiences.
The course starts in April 2023 and will last six months. At the end of the training, participants will be awarded certificates of participation in the program.
Interested persons must fill out the relevant application form by March 5, 2023. The application includes basic information about the candidate (name, contact details, education, work experience), as well as motivation to participate in the program, including plans for the application of the acquired knowledge.
You can apply through a special online form. For questions related to the submission of applications or general questions related to the program, you can contact by email: CAYLAapply@eurasia.org .
To date, over 340 young leaders and activists from all over Central Asia have participated in the CAYLA program.
