The Mayor's Office of the Balkan region is looking for contractors for the construction of new village facilities


The Mayor's Office of the Balkan region has announced a tender for the construction of various facilities in a new settlement that will appear in the Kizilarvat district. The announcement of this appeared on Thursday in the official Turkmen press.
Construction organizations and private enterprises can apply for the construction of both engineering networks and cultural and social buildings.
In the new village, it is necessary to build 32 single-storey 4-room residential buildings, a school for 260 places, a kindergarten for 160 places, a polyclinic, buildings of the gengeshlik, police and fire service, a house of culture for 200 places and a park.
It will also be necessary to carry out water supply, gas pipeline, sewerage, electricity, build internal and supply roads, buildings for desalination of drinking water, sewage treatment plants.
