Turkmen Conservatory invites to a concert for International Music Day


On October 1, a concert for International Music Day will be held at the Turkmen National Conservatory. Honored Artists of Turkmenistan, singer Gulnar Nuriyeva, pianists Orazgul Annamyradova and Vladimir Mkrtumov will appear before the audience, who will perform works of world and national musical classics.
The concert will be opened by dutar player Osman Gujiyev with the Turkmen folk music Kerim Geldi. The programme will also include compositions Thinking by Pyotr Tchaikovsky, Chaconne by Johann Bach, Kiss by Luigi Arditi and Two Waltzes by Frederic Chopin.
- Not only professional conductors, composers and musicians, but also our students will perform. This is a good opportunity for them to demonstrate their talents to the public and, at the same time, try themselves on the “big” stage, accompanist, teacher at the Turkmen National Conservatory Stella Faramazova said to ORIENT. - At the end of the evening, a young group of a string orchestra conducted by Tahir Atayev that has already managed to gain popularity among Ashgabat music lovers will perform before the guests.
