To appoint the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the French Republic (Paris city) Charyev Maksat Esenovich at the same time as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Portuguese Republic.
