The schedule of matches of the youth women's team of Turkmenistan (under 20) in the first round of the qualifying tournament of the Asian Cup-2024 on football has become known.
On March 8, the national team will meet with a team from Iran, and on March 10 - with the Bangladesh team. Turkmenistan and its rivals formed the "H" group. The matches will be played in a centralized one-round format in Bangladesh.
The first round of qualifying will continue from 4 to 12 March.
The group winners will advance to the second round of selection, which will take place from 3 to 11 June 2023. According to its results, the four best teams will have the opportunity to play in the final of the Asian Cup-2024, which will be held from March 3 to March 16, 2024 in Uzbekistan.
The teams of Japan, the DPRK and the Republic of Korea automatically entered the tournament, having demonstrated the best result of the previous Asian Cup in Thailand, as well as the national team of Uzbekistan, which will act as the host of the competition.
