President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov chaired the working meeting by means of digital video conferencing
The Turkmen leader opened the working meeting, and first of all gave the floor to the khyakim of Ahal Velayat, Gurbanov, who reported on the implementation of agricultural activities in the fields of the velayat, as well as on the implementation of tasks arising from the program of socio-economic development of the country and the national program of villages.
Then the Esteemed President gave the floor to khyakim of the Balkan Velayat Atahalliyev. The khyakim reported on the progress of the agricultural work in the velayat, in particular, on the maintenance of the wheat fields, as well as on the implementation of the tasks envisaged in the National Rural Program and the Program for the socio-economic development of the country.
Then President of Turkmenistan continued the working meeting held by means of the digital video conferencing and addressed Dashoguz Velayat Khyakim Nazarmyradov. The khyakim reported on the seasonal agricultural works in the fields of the velayat, as well as the implementation of the construction works on the cultural-life and industrial facilities and buildings planned to be built in the velayat in accordance with the socio-economic development programs of the country.
Then the President of Turkmenistan addressed Lebap Velayat Khyakim Amangeldiyev. The khyakim reported on the progress of seasonal agricultural work in the velayat, as well as on the implementation of the tasks envisaged in the program of socio-economic development of the country. The khyakim also reported on the state of construction works in various facilities planned to be built in the velayat in accordance with the program of socio-economic development of the country and the national program of villages.
Further, the hyakim of the Mary velayat D. Annaberdiev reported on the state of affairs in the region and the fulfillment of the tasks outlined in the Program for the socio-economic development of the country and the National Rural Program.
Then the President of Turkmenistan addressed the Minister of Agriculture and Environmental Protection Altiev. The minister reported on the progress of seasonal agricultural work.
Listening to the report, the Esteemed President pointed out the important role of the agricultural sector in our national economy and emphasized the need to carry out the agricultural work, in particular, wheat care, in accordance with the norms of agrotechnics.
The Turkmen leader has ordered all the necessary activities to prepare cotton fields for the season and increase the speed of these activities, to repair the techniques and tools used in planting, to prepare for the planting of potatoes and other vegetable crops, and to provide cotton farmers with high-quality cotton seeds. Stating that these affairs should be done at high level, the Esteemed President gave several instructions in this regard.
The Esteemed President gave specific instructions to the Minister of Agriculture and Environmental Protection and the khyakims of the velayats to organize the ongoing seasonal agricultural work, in particular, to take care of wheat and prepare cotton fields for planting, strictly following the norms of agrotechnics.
The head of state concluded the working meeting held by means of digital video conferencing and wished the participants sound health, prosperity of the Homeland, and great success in their large-scale work aimed at ensuring the well-being of our beloved people.
