A schoolboy from Turkmenistan won the international Internet Olympiad in mathematics

A young mathematician from Turkmenistan, a student of Ashgabat specialized school №87 Rejepmammet Babishov won a gold medal at the international Internet Olympiad World Mathematics Team Championship, official Turkmen press writes.
Over 100 participants from 17 countries took part in the intellectual tournament, which was held online.
The World Mathematics Team Championship Olympiad has been held since 2009 and allows schoolchildren and students from all over the world not only to compete with each other, but also to exchange knowledge and experience, make new friends and together contribute to the popularization of mathematics among young people.
