On January 25, in accordance with the esteemed President's instructions, the opening ceremony of the new series of cottages named after Mälikguly Berdimuhamedov of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was held in the Choganly residential complex.
Every year, thousands of families move into new apartments and cottage complexes with high-end amenities.
A special atmosphere was created within the framework of the complexes. This corner also features ancient castles, caravansarays, and vibrant Eastern bazaars. Culture and artists, creative groups welcomed everyone with interesting musical performances. Near the yurt “ak oy”, cauldrons were fired, and national dishes of the Turkmen tables were prepared in them.
National wrestling is one of the main parts of Turkmen celebrations. Prizes were awarded to the wrestlers who won the competitions held here. on a specially prepared stage within the complex, joint performances of music groups, theater artists and state dance groups of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the country were held.
Then, the participants of the event paid homage to the statue of Mälikguly Berdimuhamedov, the beloved grandfather of our esteemed Commander-in-Chief, an honorable veteran of internal affairs, who was a role model in educating young people in the spirit of patriotism and selfless service to our homeland and people with his life and work path. The museum of Mälikguly Berdimuhamedov is located here. The participants of the event got acquainted with the values of the museum, copies of various documents and identification cards, including state awards and military ranks, and photographs.
Then the keys of the houses were handed over to the families who were lucky enough to move into new houses here.
Here, on behalf of the esteemedPresident, gifts were presented to builders who distinguished themselves in the construction of new houses.
Then the participants of the event toured the new houses and got acquainted with their amenities, the conditions created in the houses, and also congratulated the owners of the houses.
The comfort level of the new houses, the layout of the rooms meet high environmental requirements, and the requirements for its construction are fully complied with. The residences are equipped with independent heating and cooling systems. Its rooms are equipped with modern life support systems and amenities and are connected to IP television, internet and telephone system. The layout of the rooms of the houses meets the modern requirements. The house has a spacious balcony, a large living room, and bedrooms with self-catering facilities are adequately furnished. the kitchen is equipped with household appliances and mobile furniture. The house has household facilities.
The complex of cottage houses has the necessary conditions for holding festive events based on the national traditions of the Turkmen people, hosting guests, holding weddings, and celebrating holidays. In the construction of cottage houses, sustainable building materials prepared on the basis of local raw materials were used.
The house also has a plot of land with opportunities for farming and horticulture. It should also be noted that there are places for children to spend their time happily. Adjacent areas of houses were landscaped and green belts were created. On behalf of the esteemed President, gifts were handed over to the families who moved to new houses. The participants wished them a long and happy life.
