Georgian media representatives got acquainted with the peculiarities of the construction of the new city of Arkadag
The Embassy of Turkmenistan in Georgia organized a briefing for local media to acquaint journalists with the peculiarities of the construction of the new city of Arkadag, according to a press release of the diplomatic mission.
Journalists of TV channels, news agencies, newspapers, online publications were informed about the buildings and structures being erected in the new administrative center of Ahal.
Media workers also got acquainted with the modern communication system of the city, which should ensure the smooth operation of "smart technologies".
Addressing the audience, Turkmenistan's Ambassador to Georgia Dovletmurad Muratov noted that the construction of the city in the foothills of Kopetdag will be unique not only in terms of a new urban culture, but also in terms of contribution to the fight against climate change.
