At the solemn meeting, first of all, congratulatory words were expressed to our hero Arkadag on the occasion of the establishment of the high representative office of the people's power and the election of the Chairman of Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan by the people.
Speakers underlined that this is a clear sign of recognition of the great services of our Hero Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in strengthening our independence, increasing the international authority and economic power of the Homeland. This historically significant event of year Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar has become another expression of the Turkmen people's democratic principles, noble traditions such as consultation with the whole people in solving important political issues in the life of our state and society.
Noting that this solution lies on the will of the entire people, the participants of the meeting wished our Hero Arkadag, who contributed to the improvement of the legal system of the country, sound health, long life and great success in his large-scale work for the benefit of the happiness of the people and the welfare of the country. As you know, on January 21st, the great historical event in the life of our state and society happened – that is the establishment of Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, the highest representative body of the people's power of the country, as well as the adoption of the relevant constitutional laws and the appointment of the Hero of Turkmenistan, our Esteemed Arkadag, as the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan and his legal recognition as the National Leader of Turkmen people. Those who spoke at the solemn meeting emphasized about these.
At the end of the conference, the participants accepted an address to the Esteemed President and our Hero Arkadag.
