USAID to hire financial and administrative specialist in Turkmenistan


The USAID Central Asia Trade Project announces a vacancy for a financial and administrative specialist in Turkmenistan.
The Financial and administrative specialist will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of the office, organizing conferences and study trips, as well as assisting the administrative staff of the project in planning and reporting.
Responsibilities:
– Be responsible for settlement and cash transactions and spending of funds;
– timely check, coordinate and evaluate receipts, cash advances, bank balances, monthly accounts for the accounting of funds, budgets;
– to pay various bills, prepare a monthly report on the expenses of the office in Ashgabat;
– be responsible for accounting and cost allocation based on the approved budget in the corporate financial accounting system;
– coordinate, administer and issue time sheets, reimbursement of travel expenses and procurement documentation;
– search for local suppliers of goods and services and coordinate their selection process;
Educational requirements and experience:
A financial and administrative specialist must have a higher education in accounting and finance, five years of experience in financial and administrative positions in international organizations. The candidate must also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be fluent in Turkmen, English and Russian, and computer skills.
