The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution
In order to implement the 2nd and 11th articles of the Law of Turkmenistan "On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities" and to ensure the safe operation of hazardous production facilities, as well as to prevent accidents at these facilities, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the procedure for registering hazardous production facilities in the relevant state register, the procedure for developing action plans for the localization of accidents at hazardous production facilities and the elimination of their consequences, as well as the requirements for the content of these plans.
