Turkmenistan women's national football team is preparing for the qualifying games of the Asian Cup – 2024
The youth (U20) and junior (U17) women's national football teams of Turkmenistan have started 10-day training camps in Ashgabat, the Football Federation of Turkmenistan reports.
The coaching staff under the leadership of Kamil Mingazov will select candidates for the national teams of both categories to participate in the qualification games of the Asian Cup – 2024.
According to the results of the draw, the youth national team of Turkmenistan (U20) will meet with the national teams of Iran and Bangladesh. The games of the first round of qualification for the 2024 Asian Cup will be held on March 6-12, 2023.
The opponents of the women's junior team of Turkmenistan (U17) will be representatives of Bangladesh, Singapore and the UAE. The first qualifying round will be held from April 22 to April 30, 2023.
