A competition has been announced for the implementation of Turkmen-Uzbek initiative scientific projects
The Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Innovative Development of Uzbekistan have announced a competition to accept joint initiatives of research projects of scientists from the two countries, which will help identify the most interesting ideas and solutions in different fields of science.
This is reported by the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.
The competition has been announced in 4 main areas: 1) Nanotechnology, chemical technology, the study of new materials and energy; 2) Biotechnology, molecular biology, agriculture, ecology and genetics; 3) Modern medicine and technology of drug production; 4) Humanities.
Project proposals must be previously agreed upon by Turkmen and Uzbek participants and registered with the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan by March 31, 2023 (the name of the project must be the same in two languages). At the same time, any scientist has the right to independently submit only one project as its head.
The organizers warn that works whose name and content completely coincide with the planned theme being carried out will not be allowed, and the project manager himself is responsible for compliance with this rule. A set of documents for participation can be obtained from the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan.
Ready documents are accepted until March 31, 2023 at the address: Ashgabat, Bitarap Turkmenistan Avenue, building 15 (Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan).
The project takes place within the framework of the joint program between the countries on scientific and technical cooperation for 2022-2024 and the agreement between the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
