The snow-white city of Ashgabat - when to expect warming?

The white city of Ashgabat has become even whiter – now from the snow, which covered the eternal greenery of plants, adding monochrome motifs to the frozen street panoramas. The phenomenon is not that unusual for the Turkmen capital, but it is not so familiar either, at least this winter season such significant precipitation has happened for the first time.
As forecasters predicted, frosts came, which, in fact, is not surprising for January. Turkmen Hydromet predicts an even greater drop in air temperature on January 11 and 12. Thursday morning to -14°C. But the website of the country's meteorological service prudently keeps silent about the further development of the weather scenario.

But other numerous weather resources on the web offer their versions in a variety of ways. There are slight differences in their January synopses, but, basically, these are minus values until the end of this week, and from the next – plus values in the afternoon.

"Global" warming, according to their forecasts, should be expected as early as next week, when night temperatures begin to rise above zero. Here, for example, is a visual graph of the temperature curve from Yandex Weather:
