The City Hall of the capital has launched a new digital portal for paying utility bills


The Ashgabat City Hall has launched a digital portal for paying bills for housing and communal services via the Internet. Now residents of the city will be able to make payments for water, garbage and other types of housing and communal services through the server at e.ashgabat.gov.tm, according to the website of the city administration.
Having a gadget and a bank card at hand, Ashgabat residents will be able to pay their bills through the “Water bill”, “Garbage bill”, “Utility payments” sections. Also, through the site online, you can order the necessary certificates from the relevant institutions and enterprises of the city's housing and communal services in the "Inquiries" section. To do this, users need to enter information correctly so that the operation is performed correctly. For convenience, the site operates in three languages - Turkmen, Russian and English.
To fully use all the features of the portal, you need to create a personal account through which you can carry out all operations. To do this, you need to go to the relevant housing and communal services department at the place of residence and get a username and password.
And in the Ashgabat water management department, citizens will be able to get the account number requested when paying through the website. Note that the same bank details can be used for other types of utility payments, and in the future it is planned to automatically provide it on the server itself.
In the future, the digital service of the capital's mayor's office will become a large information network that unites all housing departments that are part of the municipality of Ashgabat, and for residents of the capital - a convenient solution for paying for communal services.
