Turkmen students can apply for "Turkey Scholarships 2023"
Acceptance of applications for study at Turkish universities under the state scholarship program "Turkey Scholarships 2023" ("Türkiye Bursları 2023") began on Tuesday, January 10. The project is implemented by the Office of Compatriots Abroad and Kindred Communities (YTB) under the Turkish government. This is stated in the message of the department.
Scholarship applications will be accepted from January 10 to February 20. The program allows students from all over the world to study in three higher education degrees: bachelor's, master's and doctoral studies with a monthly scholarship of 1,000 Turkish liras for bachelors, 1,400 Turkish liras for a master's degree and 1,800 Turkish liras for a doctoral degree.
Also, as part of the program, international students are provided with medical insurance, housing, professional and academic programs, as well as free round-trip air tickets. Those who do not know Turkish can take a year of paid language training.
