Esteemed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting through the digital network with the participation of the Cabinet Deputy Chairman in charge of the agro-industrial complex and the khyakims of the velayat.
Opening the working meeting, the Esteemed President addressed the khyakims of the Velayats word. The khyakims reported on the state of agricultural works in the fields of the velayats, as well as on the implementation of the work envisaged in the programs of socio-economic development of the country. The khyakims also reported on the necessary measures for the proper operation of heating systems in the velayats, the uninterrupted supply of electricity, water and natural gas, as well as the pace of work in cultural-life and industrial facilities under construction in the velayat. Summarizing the report, the Turkmen leader said that carrying out the ongoing agricultural work by strictly following the requirements of agrotechnics is a guarantee of a fruitful and abundant harvest, and he gave several specific instructions to the khyakims regarding the appropriate organization of plowing and leveling work in the fields to be planted with cotton. The Esteemed President also paid attention to the care work being carried out in wheat fields of the velayats and gave relevant instructions to strictly control the implementation of these works in accordance with the norms of agrotechnics. Then the Esteemed President gave the floor to Cabinet Deputy Chairman Yazmyradov. The vice-premier reported on the state of seasonal agricultural work in the velayats of the country. These days, maintenance work in the wheat fields of the velayats of the country is carried out in accordance with the requirements of agrotechnics, in particular, the work of feeding with mineral fertilizers continues. Listening to the report, the Esteemed President noted that agriculture plays an important role in our national economy, and that it is important to carry out seasonal agricultural work, in particular, maintenance of wheat fields with strict adherence to the requirements of agrotechnics.
The Esteemed President concluded the working meeting held by means digital video communication and wished the participants sound health, great success in their large-scale work aimed at ensuring the well-prosperity of the Homeland and the well-being of our people.

A solemn meeting was held in the State Culture Center of Turkmenistan on the occasion of attaching the names of prominent figures of the Turkmen people to the art building of educational, healthcare and cultural institutions in Arkadag city, Ahal velayat. During the solemn conference the speakers noted the historical importance of naming the new, modern administrative center of Ahal Velayat as Arkadag city.
At the end of the meeting, an address was accepted to the Esteemed President.
In the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country, a conference was held in honor of the declaration of this year as the year of "Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar".
Those who spoke during the conference noted with great joy that our country is moving confidently towards the heights of development as a result of the successful continuation of the noble work started by our Hero Arkadag. The performances of students who participated and won scientific competitions at various levels were especially impressive.
