In 2023, UNICEF will continue to actively interact with young SDG ambassadors, expand their opportunities to contribute to the future of every child in the country. This is reported in the press release of the organization.

2022 is the third year of the activity of the young ambassadors of the SDGs, it turned out to be productive. Young people took an active part in various activities aimed at raising awareness on various aspects of ensuring the well-being of children. In particular, they cover issues of climate change, healthy lifestyle, education, gender equality.

With their participation, Ashgabat celebrated the International Disaster Risk Reduction Day, Earth Day. Young SDG ambassadors have expanded their circle of like-minded people, becoming part of various international events. Thus, they took part in the regional dialogue for young people from Central Asia, which was organized by the EU and UNICEF together with the European Education Fund (ETF) on the sidelines of the EU-Central Asia conference, as well as the International Children's Forum on Climate Change in Ankara.
