Serdar Rahymov, a student of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, became a laureate of the CIS-2022 young scientists competition and received a diploma of the II degree, as well as a badge "Best Young Scientists - 2022".

He presented the scientific work "The role of preventive diplomacy in ensuring regional security, the positive experience of Turkmenistan in solving regional and global problems", which was highly appreciated by the jury members.

The main goal of the project is to identify significant and innovative research by young scientists, as well as to promote scientific interests and create a common unifying platform for the development of science and young people in the CIS. The organizers of the intellectual competition are the International Association of Young Scientists of the Commonwealth countries with the support of the Joint Legal Entities in the form of an association Nationwide movement "Bobek".

Young intellectuals from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan took part in the project.
