Russian Embassy in Ashgabat to go on 10-day New Year holidays
The Embassy of the Russian Federation in Turkmenistan in its Telegram channel reported that the consular department will go on New Year holidays from December 29 to January 8, 2023.
Due to public holidays, reception by appointment at the consular department on public holidays will not be carried out, the message says.
Ready-made visas and Russian passports will be issued until December 29, 2022 inclusive (until 13:00).
From January 9, 2023, the reception of visitors will be carried out as usual.

During the New Year holidays, Russians have a rest from December 31, 2022 to January 8, 2023 inclusive. Due to the fact that in 2022 December 31 is a Saturday and a non-working day, the total duration of the holiday will be nine days.
