The most anticipated films of 2023 - calendar


The past year 2022 was marked by bright films (“The Gray Man”, “Troll”, “Purple Hearts”, etc.), which found fans in various age categories and genres. 2023 is shaping up to be a generous year for moviegoers, with studios back in full swing after shutdowns and delays due to the pandemic, meaning a busy schedule of premieres is on the horizon.
The best movies of 2023 are a mix of old and new, with some of our favorite characters returning to screens and others making their first appearances. ORIENT has compiled a calendar for readers by the date of release of films.
"Pale Blue Eye" - January
Christian Bale stars in this thriller as a detective who is called in to solve a case at the prestigious West Point Academy. When the cadets lock him up, he enlists one of them to help: the young writer Edgar Allen Poe.

"Magic Mike: The Last Dance" - February
Channing Tatum and Steven Soderbergh are back for a new Magic Mike installment, but this time the action jumps across the ocean. Salma Hayek plays the woman who convinces Mike to put on a huge show at the London theater with brilliant results.

"John Wick: Chapter 4" - March
Keanu Reeves is back in the now world-famous film directed by Chad Stahelski. John Wick finds a way to defeat the Clan High. However, before he can earn his freedom, he must face off against a new enemy and his powerful allies. Plot details are being kept under wraps by the creators, but Stahelski warned viewers in one of his interviews that they shouldn't wait for a happy ending.

"Renfield" - April
Every generation gets the Dracula it deserves, and this generation deserves Nicolas Cage's Dracula in another comedy-horror film adaptation of Bram Stoker's novel.

"Fast and Furious 10" – May
Continuation of the famous franchise, which tells about the legendary racer Dominic Toretto and his team. The picture will give you another batch of beautiful cars, solid drive and exciting adventures.

"Indiana Jones and the Clock of Doom" - June

The Expendables 4 - September
Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham and Dolph Lundgren return as mercenaries, this time tasked with taking down an arms dealer who commands the might of a massive private army. Iko Uwais and Andy Garcia also star.

"True Love" - October
The secret 20th Century Studios project features sci-fi elements and a cast that includes John David Washington, Gemma Chan, Allison Janney, Ralph Ineson and Alison Janney. Since the announcement of the upcoming Gareth Edwards sci-fi film, hardly a word was said in the media, aside from various casting reports. The more it is mysterious...

"Dune 2" - November
