These activities will be carried out within the framework of the law signed by the President of Kazakhstan Kasym-Jomart Tokayev "On ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of Turkmenistan on cooperation in the field of civil defense, prevention and liquidation of emergency situations".

Along with this, the Head of the Republic signed the law "On ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on cooperation in the field of emergency prevention and response".
