Nine rings were made of an alloy of white and yellow gold specially for the informal meeting of the CIS leaders, which was held in the Northern capital on December 26-27. The CIS emblem is placed in the center of the decoration, and inside the greeting is written in three—dimensional letters - "Happy New Year 2023". It also indicates the name of the state where the summit was held – Russia," the message says.
