Trading on SCRMET: Jet A-1 jet fuel and diesel fuel were in high demand


On Friday, December 23, 13 deals totaling $17.6 million and 57 thousand Turkmen manats were made at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, ORIENT correspondent reports.
An entrepreneur from Afghanistan purchased 500 tons of Jet A1 aviation kerosene, the cost of which was estimated at $909.25 per ton. The total amount of the transaction was $454.6 thousand.
Businessmen from Uzbekistan and Afghanistan signed contracts for the supply of 5 thousand tons of diesel fuel of the L-0,5-62 brand. The price of petroleum products amounted to $916.50 per ton, and the total amount of transactions exceeded $4.5 million.
Representatives of the United Arab Emirates and Afghanistan purchased 15 thousand tons of diesel fuel of the L-0,2-62 brand during the auction, the cost of which was estimated at $843.50 per ton. The total amount of contracts amounted to $12.6 million.
