Turkmen shooter is among the best debutants
In the Russian Federation, Ulyanovsk, 20th World Crossbow Shooting Championship was over, where participants competed in two divisions: “Match” and “Field”. The athlete Vepa Sahedov, performed from Turkmenistan in the special category for sportsmen, started training in 2019, showed the best result – 1,451 points.
Electronic sports of Turkmenistan gained exclusive rights
National Federation of Electronic Sports of Turkmenistan has again gained exclusive rights from Alisports to host the WESG tournament in Turkmenistan of the 2019-2020 season in the disciplines: DOTA2 and Counter Strike Global Office, as well as Pro Evolution Soccer for the PlayStation console. WESG tournament will be held from September 25 to October 15, 2019 online. Registration will be opened on August 25. The winners will go to Kazakhstan for further qualifying competitions of WESG Mid Asia, where they will face the Tier1 and Tier2 teams from the CIS countries.
“Altyn tach” got into the top three at the International Tournament
Ashgabat children’s team “Altyn tach” received a well-deserved silver medal at the “Gothia Cup 2019” International Tournament, which was held in Qingdao (P.R.C.). In the tournament final the young Turkmen players lost to the team of China. The winners were awarded cups, medals and promotional gifts. For the current year, “Altyn tach” football team has repeatedly won the title of the best players in youth international tournaments such as “Turkish Holidays 2019” (Turkey) and “Juniors Cup 2019” (Bulgaria).Svetlana Davidovich
