CIS countries want to simplify the procedure for exchanging documents for performing notarial actions

In the CIS, it is planned to simplify the procedure for exchanging information and documents necessary for performing notarial actions within the framework of requests for legal assistance.
The possibility of signing such an agreement between representatives of notaries was discussed at the first meeting of the Public Council of the CIS Basic Organization in the field of notarial activity, the official website of the Commonwealth reports.
The website of the Basic Organization was also presented to the attention of the participants (cis.belnotary.by ) and a forum for notaries. It is intended to establish an exchange of views and experience between notaries of the CIS member states.
The participants got acquainted with the Unified Register of Legal Acts and other documents of the CIS, which is posted on the CIS Internet portal. It serves as a basis for various international documents adopted in the Commonwealth.
