The EBRD has organized a management consulting course for Turkmen entrepreneurs
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, with the financial support of the European Union, organized an online academic course for Turkmen entrepreneurs on the basics of management consulting within the framework of the "Develop your Business" cycle for consultants.
The participants of the classes learned how to provide high-quality consulting services according to industry standards, make a commercial offer, manage projects and a working group, etc.
The training allowed the participants to study the full cycle of the consulting project, get an idea of the basics of effective consulting and learn how to use basic methods and tools of consulting.
The main feature of the interactive and applied course was that its practical part was carried out on the basis of requests from real customers within the framework of existing commercial projects.
The training was conducted by a certified management consultant, the founder of VINK Consulting company, Naira Markaryan.
