WHO unveils new online tools to ensure health for all

On the Day of Universal Health Coverage, WHO introduced two new online tools to ensure health for all, the official website of the organization reports. The first is to provide people with reliable information for making everyday decisions to protect their own health and well—being, and the second is to help governments develop and provide the population with optimal health care packages.
Digital resource "Your life, your health: useful tips and information on health and well-being" provides people of all ages with reliable health information.
In particular, it contains basic information on how to maintain health during pregnancy and after childbirth, maintain health and activity in old age, etc.
Modern online tool "Provision and implementation of a package of services for universal health coverage" help countries develop a unique package of health services to ensure universal health coverage.
With the help of the program, it will be possible to determine the needs for human resources, basic medical products, infrastructure facilities and other components necessary for the effective provision of health services.
This year, Universal Health Coverage Day was held under the slogan "Building the world we want: a healthy future for everyone" as part of the World Cup in Qatar. The Goodwill Ambassador for Sports and Health, football legend Didier Drogba, led the celebration of the Day.
