Turkmenistan's share in the structure of Azerbaijani gas imports was 90%

Turkmenistan exported more than 614 million cubic meters of natural gas to Azerbaijan for a total amount of about $ 80 million, which is more than 90% of the structure of imports of natural fuel to the republic, according to the summary of the energy news site turan.az.
As part of the swap agreements, Turkmenistan exports natural gas to Azerbaijan through Iran, which, in turn, has occupied the rest of the energy supply market to the republic.
The value of imported gas to Azerbaijan increased by more than 4.6 times in January-September. In total, the agreement provides for the export of Turkmen gas to Azerbaijan with a volume of about 1.5-2 billion cubic meters per year.
