Turkmenistan will create a national network not connected to the Internet

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree on the establishment of a commission to develop a concept for the formation of a national digital network not connected to the Internet, TDH reports.
In accordance with this, the composition of the commission has been approved, which will have to take systematic measures aimed at creating an autonomous National digital network.
As part of the development of digital technologies in Turkmenistan, the development of domestic applications, websites and platforms designed for work and leisure is actively underway. For example, the state telecommunications company Turkmentelecom, in cooperation with private partner companies, creates national ecosystem of useful web services.
