Russia invited Turkmenistan to participate in the program "Russian teacher abroad"


Russia invited Turkmenistan to take part in the humanitarian program "Russian Teacher Abroad". This was announced on Saturday in an interview to the TASS agency by Vice Speaker of the Federation Council Konstantin Kosachev, who was in Ashgabat on a working visit.
The program is in demand in many countries - teachers of the Russian language and teachers in other subjects - physics or mathematics, who teach the discipline in Russian are sent to foreign schools, located both in the capitals and in the provinces.
The vice speaker noted that Turkmenistan and Russia have a great potential for cooperation in the humanitarian sphere, as evidenced by a number of projects that are being developed and implemented by experts from the two countries. We are talking about the creation of a Turkmen-Russian university - the Turkmen side has already selected a land plot for the future university, Kosachev said.
Other construction projects-an additional building for the Turkmen-Russian school named after. A. S. Pushkin and of a new building of the Russian Drama Theater are also on the way, - the Russian guest said.
